I've always thought that chicken parmo thing sounds yummy, too bad I've never been in the right area to try one...it's from the north east, right?

Cullen Skink is smoked haddock chowder - usually made with potato and cream. Its rather yummy, and nothing to do with a Skink which was my first thought when I came across it on a menu.
