When I was at school, they used to serve noodles. The noodles would have chicken in and vegetables but not source. It had been cooked in source. The noodles were thick.

Does anyone know what type of noodles this is? There is a Chinese takeaway near me but there menu has loads of options and I don't have a clue what one to choose. I would really like to get the right type as I loved the taste.
