Hello Everyone,

It is clear to see that there is alot of opinions on this forum with people of different tastes which is brilliant as it really brings together a wide range of discussions. So I Idea that has been thought about is allowing there to be a weekly or possibly a daily blogger, the hottest topic will be talked about, whether that is a new song, new album, video, or chart battle.

The Weekly Blogger would talk about maybe an artist that no many on here would no, they could give their own single reviews, album reviews, which would lead to an open discussion. The aim of this is to bring greater debate and reasoning into the forum, stating your point and having a clear reasoning for it.

The Music Blogger would discuss a hot topic that may be controversial. The difference between The Music Blogger Thread and a normal thread in the music forum, is that we are wanting to have a greater variety of discussion, trying to maybe develop more reasoning behind opinions, so we can become more informed and have a greater knowledge.

Okay to get it started and to decide on who the first blogger for next week will be I will give a heading to start the discussion, those who would like to be a blogger for this thread maybe can show what argument they could bring forward for the issue or topic. By coming onto this forum we all must have a love for music and an opinion, so why not actually teach others or inform others on that opinion instead of saying I hate that person, her record sales are dwindling etc. It is great to be opinionated but it also great to learn and appreciate other people's opinions.

Topic Discussion:- The Music Industry is no longer a clear representation of true artists and musicians'. The talent show circus such as The Voice and X Factor have destroyed the chance of those who perform small intimate gigs to get recognised and appreciated. Major Labels now completely control media outlets preventing hard working musicians a chance to break free - Discuss

So the Blogger would pick the title of their choice, I just used that as an example. Now how would you discuss this, why not go ahead and give your take on it, am I wrong in what I say, if so, prove it. Do you agree with my statement, if so, what proof is there. By giving me an argument I will listen, and respect it. I may not agree with it, but this is what the music blogger is about. Delving into these opinions and actually learning something.

If interested in being the blogger, answer and structure that topic discussion Good Luck! I Hope it interests some people
