in another thread i read that you can download BBC programmes for offline viewing on an I Pad. Is it also possible on a Nexus 7 and if so how? I have looked in vain for a download link on a programme page.
I thought it would be good to take some programmes on holiday to Spain.

When it launched, that feature was only on the iOS (iPhone and iPad) apps. I don't know if it's since been added to the Android app.

this seems to be the latest:

However, rather candidly, the notes in the What’s New section in Google Play read: "I know what you're thinking - 'Where are downloads?' Rest assured this feature remains a priority and we are working hard to determine when this can be included for Android users."

It's taking too long. This feature has been available on iOS for almost 6 months.
