My idea is to design dog stick pads to stop dogs making a noise at night on the wooden floors. This will then cause less upset for the owners trying to sleep.

Ok, well that seems a good idea, but there are similar products out there?

I don't believe there are as I know my family would have bought some if there were. That is how I thought of this idea.

Those are similar but I would say mine are for a different purpose and mine would be carpeted so there would be no noise.

I realise that people without dogs would obviously not buy this product and find it strange but I believe it could be a great success. For the pricing, I took into account the size of the pads and would think one would be about a £1 so I rounded up to a fiver per pack. I don't think it is too expensive.

My business plan is for Juvenis Investments, a new investment company with the unique selling point that it targets specifically the 16 - 25 market. At a time when there isn't much money around for young people and it isn't always financially feasible to go to university, many young people are thinking about starting up their own businesses and companies, but investment companies are often looking for people with a bit more experience. Juvenis intends to help young people achieve their goals by investing in the best business plans, and to make profits from the deals we make with successful clients.

Now George, out of the three buisness plans yours is certainly the most detailed and professional, I enjoyed reading it, I think youve put a lot of effort into it.

What do you hope to achieve?

Sorry for the gap there, my computer crashed and I had to reboot.

Generally my aim is to help young people make the most out of their lives. I am a young person myself, and I understand the stigma that my generation faces on a day-to-day basis, there isn't that much opportunity to really make a difference and I want to help with that. As you will have seen, there has been an occasion quite recently in my life that I could have used a company like Juvenis. I wouldn't want to run an investment company forever which is why I'm planning to sell after five years, but in that time I hope to create a brand that will go quite a long way.

That is fine

I personally am a young person (21 and all), and I would love this opportunity.

Now your C.V, is most of it true?

It's all true apart from things like address and phone number.
