Absolutely pointless addition to an already rubbish track IMO...and I've been a HUGE Little Mix fan since they were Rhythmix on X Factor but this really isn't a good track

As a track for a band embarking on cracking the US market , its probably the best choice they could do, its a radio friendly tune with a big name attached to it , exactly what they need when their album goes on sale over there.

Was the rap really needed?
The song is fun IMO, but I am constantly thinking about the original when listening to it (well, the old version not sung by LM that I know that was great, I need to find it).

Agreed. I don't think Missy's rap is pointless. Personally I have no love in raps but her addition to the song is really good imo.

Well they've premiered it on Capital FM, so it's bound to be a hit.

Like somebody else said, if they are releasing this in the US then adding a bit of hip hop goes a LONG way. Hip Hop/Rap/R&B is way bigger in the US than here (relatively speaking, % of listeners - so not in absolute terms).

Simon Cowell said on Twitter that it was sensational.

Well, if everyone likes the song and it gets playlisted on many radios, good for them. I suppose Missy Elliot is a good addition for an eventual US release...
I like the song well enough, it's just that I was around when "Ring ring ring" was released, but it's still a good version (or sampling I suppose).

And I am sure that the LM fans will be glad to hear Simon Cowell taking a noticable interest in LM.

I have the same problem with stealing. Whenever Feel This Moment comes on the radio all I hear is a-Ha's Take On Me.

I don't mind sampling but in that Feel This Moment song, the sample is totally not needed. (Although it reminds me of A1's - Take On Me, I don't remember A-ha but they were the originals, oh )

I have a general dislike of stealing (refuse to call it "sampling"). If you cant come up with an original tune, then back to the drawing board!

To build something new you always have to use what's been created in the past in any way shape or form. What you think is new is always something inspired by what's been done.

I actually like this version of the song I think they must've re-recorded it as it sounds very different to the album version and Missy Elliott fits well with the song.

Well he would hardly say it was bad would he?

Poor track - proves that they are not the next big girl band.
