Not local, but 'Catch-it Kebabs' is one of the best I've heard (read it out loud if you haven't worked it out).

Times New Viking....it really didn't seem to make much sense at first but of course it is a play on the Times New Roman typeface.

But the best punny named band must be Ice,Sea,Dead People (from the Sixth Sense..."I see dead people".)!

I once knew someone in a band called Residential Bluebottle. Don't think they ever made it to the gig stage though.
