new setup
hi all,, 1st post------have read faq's and many posts but still confused.
am moving house and leaving sky(they keep giving different price quotes) to minimise my costs.. so,firstly do i need freeview or freesat? i only need bbc1&2 itv channels 4&5. which box to buy, twin tuner and capable of record pause rewind(similar to sky + box) also what broadband and phone line provider---fibre optic available but no cable where i'm moving to finally,i think, reliability many thanks in advance---gaz |

Do you know where you're moving to or still looking?
Check the channels available on both and see which you like best. I'd check if the place you're going to is in a good freeview area. If not freesat would be best but if the place hasn't got a dish you'll have to fit one. For me I use a Humax foxsat and previously had a Humax freeview box and I've been very pleased with both of them. Good luck with your move. |
