I can't think of a cheese I don't like, there are so many variations. Cheshire is my favourite 'standard' British cheese, and I prefer Shropshire Blue over Stilton. My all time favourite though is the Spanish cheese, Manchego.

mmmmm cheese having a bit of a thing for wensleydale and fudge at the moment, only because its Easter. I love lancashire, double gloucester, cheddar, gruyere, emmental, brie....stilton......gorgonzola...........feta........any cheese really my dirty secret though is Marmite cheddar toasted

St Agur is far and away my favourite creamy blue

eg, of the dolcelatte, roquefort, gorognzola type. less strongly flavoured than the others.

I quite like (double) Gloucester, but I can never catch the buggers.
