Germaine Greer? You've never heard of her? Seriously?

She's on Question Time quite a lot, written many books, has been a stanchion of the feminist movement for thirty-odd years... only celeb in there, I'd say.

John McCririck: Racing pundit

Kenzie: Blazin' Squad singer

Jeremy Edwards: Actor

Lisa I'Anson: Ex Radio 1 DJ

Germaine Greer: Author

Caprice: Model

Brigitte Nielsen: Model

Bez: Happy Mondays singer

What a great line up this year! Two Alcoholics with Bez and Brigitte...a biggoted femanist...a 19 year old white guy who talks like a black american and is as much of a celebrity as my excrament, a failed DJ who's only recently claim to celebrity is that she voice overs other Reality Shows on SkyOne.

At least Caprice, McCririck and Edwards have regular jobs or actual claims to some form of tallent...

I can't tell weather I want Brigette or Kenzie out first....I can't stand Kenzie and I've only seen him for three minutes and I watched Brigette on The Surreal Life and the only word to describe her is a Drunken Lush and that one that begins with a C that we're not supposed to say....

I hope Jeremy or Caprice win....

I think it is an interesting, varied, line up. Potentially great combination.

Shocked that Dr Greer agreed to do it. With a flourishing academic and broadcasting career, she doesn't need it. But I'm glad she's there - should be some good intelligent conversations in the BB house for a change.

Brigitte has a penchant for stripping off at any opportunity :-|

She's also a regular on Newsnight's Friday Late Review.

How many actual 'celebrities' were you actually expecting to be in there? Why would anyone whose career isn't flailing desperately go in there? Were you maybe expecting David Beckham maybe? Or Robbie Williams?

Anyway, I think it's quite an interesting mix, and should prove quite entertaining...

I think there is an interesting mix this year but am gob-smacked to see GG in there.

Looking forward to some fireworks, lots of strong personalities.

Looks like I am a minority but I like Brigette. That Lisa person I have taken a very strong dislike to though.

Hee hee, here we go again.

This has surley got to be the last one judging from the 'celebs' they've had to dredge up for this.. What high profile celebrity is going to jeopardize his/her career by appearing on this low class venture..?

I think the line-up is potentially the best one yet. Jeremy is very nice but a little wet. Shocked that GG agreed to do this and cant stand a few of them already. Always a good sign.

I've never liked GG - she's a total hypocrite who apparently is out to fight bigotry and fight against sexist people when she's more bigotted and sexist than any male I've ever met. Bridgette completly Ruined The Surreal Life coz she's just too over the top - spend her evening drinking and causing trouble and her days sleeping....I dont see her lasting if she's not allowed alcohol and made to wake up at 9am every morning. And I dont like Kenzie right from the get go....anyone who can't speek english and has reached the age of 19 without being correctly able to put on a pair of trousers shouldn't be allowed any celebrity.

I think so far that Jeremy and Caprice have a good chance of winning and Lisa could be this years Claire Sweeny...

Kenzie'll win. He's the chosen Youngsta's person.

I've heard of Germaine Greer and always thought she was very opinionated and bossy.

I've seen John McCrirrick (or if that's how you spell it) and found him an annoying oaf.

I was watching Brigitte Nielsen in movies before she met Sylvester Stallone. I quite liked her back then.

I've even heard of Caprice.

No idea who the others are at all.

But then, I'd never heard of the guy who won Celeb BB last year (Mark Owen?) and yet I was rooting for him to win by the end and I loved the single he brought out afterwards.

They may have scraped the bottom of the barrel for celebs, but give them a fair chance. Some might grow on you.

I think it's an interesting mix of personalities.

Who cares if they're not "real" celebs - are they ever?

I'm just worried that the under 20's will only vote for the Blazing Squad muppet because they won't know any of the others.

Not very impressed with the totty in this series. Line up wise there is definite potential for some good rows and lots of easily hateable people.
