Well I've never ordered just an onion bhaji but as it doesn't say minimum charge on the menu I actually called and asked two separate places if they had one and they said no. One was in the same town as me and the other is about 6 miles away. I've ordered small amounts from both and never been charged a delivery charge or had anything said about minimum charge.

Minimum delivery amounts varies - even some kebab shops on just eat set a 20 quid limit, whereas others set 7/8 pounds.

Some Indian places sell a samosa for double the price of others, so these sort of premium takeaways set larger limits.
