Hi all,
I'm loving big brother Canada at the moment &can't wait for Big bro US in the summer (avid watcher since season 2)

Do any other versions of big brother follow the same format (HOH, POV etc.)? I much prefer this to the Uk format (public vote etc.)

I have a couple of days off work this week and would love to catch up on another big bro with the same format so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

No, that format was made up by the US production company which also help with the Canadian version....I kinda wish ours in the UK was more like this!

Thanks for the reply

Ah, that's a pity, was looking forward to starting a new big brother this week

I'd love if the UK version followed suit. I love that within 1 episode the power in the house can totally shift and new deals are made constantly. You never get bored with the US version!

I'll stick with BBcan for now so

The Brazilian version uses aspects of the American version, but ultimately the public decides there.

I don't mind the American/Canadian version, but I just don't like the fact that it's only on three days a week. I'd rather have it on 6-7 days a week. The only reason is because some of the aspects of the show seem forced (especially some DR sessions and the ceremonies), and I much like the natural flow of the "public vote" versions like in the UK.
