She shouldnt have been stupid enough to talk out loud. Simple as. However what they should have told them before the HOH comp was that there would be a twist for the winner of HOH. A warning so to speak. The second thing they should have made clear to Topaz when she was making her decision was that there was no veto. I think she would have put up different people had she known this would have been the case. How can they expect housemates to stratergise when they dont have all the information?

This series has gone from great to overdone nonsense.

They seem to think that throwing a twist in every few minutes is exciting when in fact they've had a very strong, varied and interesting cast who have been stifled by the production interference. It was clearly manufactured so that Topaz would talk out loud, with her being constantly prodded by the host.

Fast becoming unwatchable.

How exactly is talking out loud stupid? There's no logical connect between "HoH interview with Arisa" and "oh shit everyone must be listening to this"

On British Big Brother anyone speaking in the DR knows they could being heard, and anyone with much knowledge of Big Brother outside of the narrow area of the American version would know that.

I like Big Brother as being about Big Brother, in other words HGs are not totally in control of the situation, they aren't warned about things in advance. What I don't like is where the viewers are manipulated or the viewers opinions are blatantly gone against by the producers. Generally I think people don't like it where a few people are controlling the house and having their egos boosted by that to an unpalatable level. That can be the drawback of the American version. If there is a public vote element to this though they need to make it something which is used on a prearranged basis (at least for the viewers, not the HGs).

Finally caught up so can start posting here. I really liked the idea of the twist but hated how it turned out!

Haven't seen any of the live feeds but Andrew really should have thought about his nominations. He should have realised there is a four person alliance in the house and not targeted Topaz..

Would love to see the smugness wiped off Alec and im sick of Diary room rants from Peter, his voice hurts my ears.
