Alice has her radio show, and I can't imagine them giving the main hosting gig to Jamie - so what do you reckon should happen?

well i it won't be another woman because can't see the producers wanting female presenters for both the main show and BBOTS, so my guess is jamie or if the rumours were true a while back, rylan clark! which would be awful most of the show would just be him saying "drop me out" haha
I don't know, but I personally think BBBOTS needs a complete overhaul too. I felt dirty watching it at times. It went from being a fun show to being seedy.
I think it needs a radical change. Get rid of all the current 'presenters' (and I use that term lightly) and get someone a bit more professional and series to present it. The bits I liked, which included the woman who analysed their behavior, got lost in all the penis gags.

Maybe they could do what Channel 4 did for Big Brother's Big Mouth during BB8 and BB9 which is have different guest presenters for each week

BBBOTS? If anything, it went from being seedy to slightly less seedy.
I would prefer to see a more mature show too (fat chance though), and there is a place for a psychologist - but, by and large, the psychologists on BB related shows have been following agendas, rather than offering their own opinions.

Rylan can tame the mad behaviour when he wants ,he is ok doing fashion on this morning , I would like the presenter to be someone we are familiar with not a novice, I wonder if the job is beneath previous cbb contestants, I think Julian Clary would be great
The producers will make sure that whoever gets the gig will be someone who know how to follow the party line:
1) HM W and everything they say and do is great
2) HM X and everything they say and do is dreadful
3) The showmance between HMs Y and Z is wonderful
4) We hate walkers (while conveniently forgetting Mark from BB12)

Yes, to be fair they did seem to take on board the criticisms of BBOTS in 2011. Last year's was relatively all right.

They won't consider Katona, who can barely string a sentence together. But Natalie does seem to have actual fans. Urrgghhhh though.
