Worth getting checked out. Vet said to me that cats rarely show pain so if they look uncomfortable they are probably hurting. My beast developed bad teeth quite rapidly and had all but about 3 removed by the time he was 15. Didn't slow down his eating at all but general anaesthetic gets riskier as they get older.

Thanks for your reply.. I took her to the vets this afternoon and yes its her teeth.. He gave her a couple of injections that have really worked ) but she has to go back on Wed for 4 teeth out ( He was most impressed that she had got to 13 and never been to the vets other than to get spayed at 6 months old.. Fingers crossed she will be ok .. )
