Did she start to develop romantic intentions the moment he changed? Would she feel the same about 11?

Didn't she start to develop them with Eccleston's Doctor. But then was more open about it in series 2?

I believe she loved the doctor but more importantly she loved 10

I think she was romantically in love with both 9 and 10. There were hints as to a romantic storyline from very early on is Series 1, but they kept it subtle, unlike is Series 2.

I think she fell in love with him while he was still 9. The Christmas special was very telling, especially the way Rose was after the regeneration, I've always thought her shock/disbelief and upset at his transformation was fuelled by subconscious romantic feelings for him...

However, I don't think The Doctor had any kind of feeling beyond friends until 10. I think the regeneration definitely changed their dynamic and come series 2, there were definitely vibes of something more than a friendship between them.

She loved both but it was overplayed a bit with Ten though.

I forgot about poor Mickey! I think she loved him but wasn't in love with him.

But remember the ending to TSE where 10 starts to regenerate. She's devastated that he's about to regenerate. If she loved The Doctor herself then she wouldn't mind too much that he was going to regenerate, but she's literally in tears about it. I would say she's in love with 10, but there will probably be flirting during the 50th with Rose and 11.

I think she developed feelings for 9, but it became full-blown love during 10's tenure.

I think when rose merged with the time vortex, and then 9 absorbed it from her to save her life the romantically that previous incarnations of the doctor didn't have was transferred into the future incarnations, Like a piece of Rose is now forever in place in the doctor. More so in 10 because that was the incarnation right after the time vortex incident. Kind of a trapherince thing.

Was Rose in love with The Doctor or just David Tennant?

When Rose was on the beach with David Tennant (DT) Dr and DT human and picked the human doctor to stay with I always found that a big strange. If it was me I think I'd always be aware that I was with a clone of the doctor and that the real doctor (the one Rose loved) was off having adventures with others.

Yes it was lovely that she got her very own Doctor to live out her life with; and yes he would have the same memories of situations as she has - but he isn't THE doctor - as THE doctor is off travelling and re-generating.

However, for the 50th I think we will see Rose with the DT human and that's how you'll have DT's "doctor" and Matt Smith's on screen together.

I prefered Rose with 9 and didn't like it when she developed romantic feelings towards the doctor. This only seemed to happen after DT took over as he was younger looking and conventionally more attractive. There has to be an element of physical attraction in love and she only got this with no. 10. It is doubtful Rose would feel the same about No. 11 but you never know.

She loved 10 in a romantic way and I think it was the reciprocated (as much as people don't like The Doctor being romantically involved with anyone).

But she loved 9 in a different way. She never knew her dad (until much later on) so I think she saw the 9th Doctor as a father figure. And similarly he saw her as a daughter having lost children of his own.

Makes sense really.

She was in love with 10. Which is why she settled for a clone of 10.

A transference thing, I think. Similar to how the Dalek absorbed part of Rose's psyche when it rebuilt itself from her DNA sample.

That was what I was wondering.

Who would she choose, the meta-crisis Doctor or David Tennant? Or would she break out of the alternative universe to find the real Doctor?

(Obviously in this scenario I banned David Tennant to Pete's world.)
