I think im suffering from heat stroke , I tried to avoid the hottest part of the day but spent 8 hours outside on the hottest day of the year so far
Im not sunburnt at all!

Poor wes is knackered , daughter is trying to lose a few pounds before her holiday so takes him for a run every evening, he hardly has the energy to walk.( he has lost more weight than cait!)

You should go careful in that sun mrs... poor wes he will be all skin and bone. It was warm here very muggy but not much sun.x
