veggie griddling ideas
Are you a veggie and do you have a griddle pan? If so what do you griddle on them?
So far I have done veggie sausages, peaches and tomatoes. |

I'm not a veggie but I use my griddle pan to cook, well, veggies. Courgette, fennel and asparagus are especially nice but any veg thinly sliced, rubbed with olive oil and then griddled is good to me.

I use a griddle pan to do "roast" parsnips. Just cut them into circles, sprinkle a bit of olive oil over them and cook until brown, then flip them over. Add a bit of crushed garlic etc to add a bit more umph to them

Any non leafy vegetables will griddle well, most fruits will too, particularly fond of rhubarb done this way.
