O2 Online and the Samsung D500...

Does anyone want to shate their stories of trying to get this phone? It's on their website but they don't seem willing to be giving it out.

I phoned up today to see if i could upgrade my phone to it and was told that they don't have any in stock and I should try again. But i've read on other sites that Johnny Newcomer has been getting them with no problems.

I might have another go tomorrow.

yip.tried today also. got more indication though. guy said that it was only out to the jonnyNC's as of today and us regular life and sole of o2 scummies need to wait till nearer the end of the month

I managed to get my order in today but he said it would be 21-28 days before my phone would arrive. Demand must be really good but also really bad for O2. I was repeatedly told to try other phones as the D500 has "problems". I was shocked when she suggested the Siemens SL65 instead of the D500. She also wasn't suprised when I said I wanted to upgrade the D500. He said "I knew you were going to say that" to which point she tried to sell me lesser phones. I obviously can't blame O2. Samsung should have realised it was going to be hugely popular.

My sisters b/f ordered the D500 back in november with o2 and still hasnt received it. he just keeps having problems with o2 with regard to this phone. The latest one is hes being told it sout of stock. They woudlnt let him pre-order it, they are messing him around. Then again o2 are a joke so what can we expect!

I got one on Orange, no problems what so ever... but that doesn't really help you guys, sorry...
