Nicole leaving X Factor to promote 2nd album?

Might mean a line up of Gary, Sharon, Tulisa and Louis.

I really don't have a good feeling of Sharon and Tulisa on the same panel. It just feels wrong, it's unlikely they'd get along and both of them would end up fighting over Louis. It's a no from me...

Nicole leaving wouldn't surprise me, so Tulisa returning does look like an option.

Hard to see Nicole leaving. She plays PR games all the time - witness her laughable departure from X Factor USA. That was also to pursue her music career!

Presumably if they can get Noel Gallagher or Michael Buble or anyone really, then Gary Barlow is out.

Louis seems safe now. Dermot and Caroline too. Tulisa is all but gone. .

Nicole won't be going anywhere. She's "considering" leaving, in other words shes fishing for a payrise because shes in the position to do so. She's the only one that most people want back and she's the biggest name UK X Factor will ever be able to sign, and she knows it. And if she does X Factor, because she's well liked it will be a good platform for her album. Kelly wasn't particularly liked by the end, hence she got that criticism for throwing a sicky and her album didn't do welll.

I don't like the idea of Tulisa and Sharon on the same panel personally... but I agree that these stories about Nicole possibly leaving are probably just to create a bit of buzz.

Maybe there will be a big shock - like Tulisa's getting the US job

This would be a BRILLIANT panel! I'd like to see Gary go but I can't really see it happening. Michael or Will would be excellent on the panel, Will in particular.

maybe, like me this poster finds gary boring to watch on the x factor, that does not necessarily mean that people don't like gary away from the context of this show. i have some of take that`s records, so i cant really dislike him that much. you have had plenty to write about his rumoured replacements in what seems like every thread i open on the subject and as far as i am aware, no-one has accused you of not liking the artists concerned. one can only assume that nobody has challenged you in this way, because suggesting forum members simply don't like people is a petty observation to make.

i also agree with that poster`s comments about nicole. as much as i like her, she does play the pr game. just like the time shortly before she was set to sign for x factor usa, i remember her speaking to the press about wanting to work on a tv show with andrew lloyd webber.
