Poor show on Sunday - there's only one Flat meeting on these islands at Navan. The race I had pencilled was an Listed Oaks trial but it's cut up to 4 runners.

The other races are all a bit rubbish so I think I'll stick with it even though it means only the winner will get points !.........no pressure on then !

2.45 Navan

Irish Stallion Farms E.B.F. Salsabil Stakes (Fillies Listed) 1m 2f(3yo, 1m 2f, Class 1, 4 runners)
Winner €32,500 2nd €9,501 3rd €4,501 4th €1,501
Surface: Turf
Going - Heavy, soft in places

1 3-1 Alive Alive Oh 22 3 9-0 T Stack F M Berry
2 0132- Coolibah 168 3 9-0 Charles OŽBrien Declan McDonogh
3 21- Salhooda 203 3 9-0 D K Weld Pat Smullen
4 1 WeŽll Go Walking 13 3 9-0 J S Bolger Kevin Manning

Forecast

Alive Alive Oh (5/4), We'll Go Walking (9/4), Salhooda (9/2), Coolibah (13/2)

Good luck everyone...............

surely there must be some flies crawling up a wall somewhere..............

shame that the French Sunday cards are not put up at a reasonable time (I don't know how their declaration system works) because they nearly always have group races on a Sunday, quite often with british and irish runners in the top races..............but it's not much good for us if we don't know about it until Saturday night............

I'm guessing that's why scorer never included the french racing (apart from the Arc)

That is right swing.

Also weekends like this is the reason that I never stuck to one particular type of racing because you never know what you are going to get on a Sunday.
