With a Freesat HD PVR, can you record CH5, E4, More4, SKY News in HD ?

I presume BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4 are all available in HD ?

Which channels can you access via the Internet, like SKYs On Demand ?

With a Freesat HD+ box ?

There are only 6 HD channels on Freesat at this current time.
BBC1HD, BBC2HD, ITVHD, 4HD, RT, NHKWorld.
No Freesat+ boxes have Sky on demand services.
Some have BBCiPlayer and ITVPlayer, only the Freesat+ with <Free Time> box has other on demand services ie: BBCiPlayer, ITVPlayer, YouTube. 4OD & Demand 5 are coming soon.
There is a possibility of Netflix(hopefully) as well as other services in the future.
