The act would have been hilarious if he'd have back-flipped off the stage.

However, i am not a fan of comedians who continuously focus on one aspect of their appearance, see Stephen K Amos/ Lenny Henry, Jo Brand, The Millican.

The kid seemed nice enough though, but he needs to change his act in the next round and NOT mention the cp

I don't see the problem with him poking fun at himself - it's a style of humour that works (as you've shown with the last of working comedians). He was born with a condition that stops him doing many things we take for granted, if he wants to use it to do something we can't then more the power to him. Much prefer seeing someone make fun of their own condition than see some able bodied pr**k making fun of those with conditions.

Wasn't he on the "awards show" they have once a year to honour brave kids? Can't remember what it's called but I think Carol Vorderman hosts it. As soon as I saw his face in the backstage shots, I thought of that programme.

I would have bet a wad of cash on him getting through after seeing that he was young and physically disabled. It was so predictable what the votes were going to be. It always is.

I agree, if he gets through to the semi's he will have to up the ante a bit. I thought he was very funny

Just for once, I'd love to see a comic belonging to a minority come out and do a bit about comics belonging to a minority always doing jokes about belonging to a minority.......I include women in that.

I thought he showed a lot of potential, even if he didn't get past the 'hey everyone, I belong to a minority and I've written a million jokes about it, isn't that refreshing?' bit.

He's only fourteen though, he's got plenty of time to figure it out.

Is it Sue Perkins that he reminds you of?
