The only time I remember doing it was from Hollyoaks when OB punched Clare in the face. I actually jumped from my seat and punched the air lol.

I cheered when Becky exposed Tracyluv at the wedding reception in the Rovers (CS). I had grown tired of Becky - too loud and screechy. But when she delivered her revenge I cheered. Trouble is it set up loads of scenes of Tracyluv moaning after that.

I'm pretty sure I cheered Ben Mitchell when he hauled off and punched Phil in the face.

Without doubt the most exciting soap episode I have ever watched was when Cindy Beale was trying to take the twins out of the country. Not sure if it was Grant or Phil itchell went to the airport to try and stop her (on Ian's behalf). It was maybe 10 years ago and although I can't remember the exact details of what happened I can remember literally pacing the floor whilst watching it. How sad am I

Yeah, when the flaming car door hit Maddie in Hollyoaks - I was going "YESSS, YESSS" - kinda like when guys get crazy over a goal scored.

I think everyone cheered - so it is no surprise to see it mentioned twice already.

In Emmerdale I always applaud anyone who stands up to Debbie! Particularly when they have a go at her for dumping her kids on other people all the time.

When Kirsty told the court she 'was the monster, not Tyrone' I was like, go on Tyrone!

I don't even watch Hollyoaks that much (only when there is a big SL) and even I cheered loads

The last time I cheered at EEs was when Shirley half drowned Ben in the bath full of cold water. Each gasp I expected to be his last....boo at Phil for stopping her from finishing the job.

Agreed!

Also agree with Maddie's death in Hollyoaks.

And Brookside: Mandy Jordache killing Trevor.

Run Whitney , run !
Me too

And when Tony was in court and that b*tch lawyer of his was trying to blame Whitney for what happened!

Also when Stella slapped Sunita
When Maddie met that awesome car door.
When Stacey got away on Christmas and when Janine stabbed herself.
When Sophie and Sian finally got together
When Tanya slapped Stacey (Stax reveal). I love Stacey but she deserved that!
When Lynsey hit Silas with the rock

Think that's about it. Oh and when Lynsey visited Silas in prison and said she'd won, that was amazing.

Another Emmerdale one - from last week as it happens. It was when Bob let rip at Brenda, told her not to be so selfish etc. I think a lot of ED viewers cheered then as he said what lots of us have been thinking for weeks! I've always liked Bob and this scene well and truly put him in my top 5

Yes I think when Shelley jilted Charlie at her wedding, or when Gail's kids were all driven into the canal by tricky dicky
