I think that Nicole did well last year so she can stay, and Louis is part of the furniture and brings some fun to the panel so he can also stay, I'm also hoping that Louis and Nicole form a partnership too
I think that Tulisa wasn't that good in the first place and was appalling last series, so she can go.
I like Gary, but he hasn't really achieved much success on the panel, in his 2 years he has put through Christopher Maloney and Frankie Cocozza, as much as he brought some good people to the plate Marcus, Melanie and Craig, I don't think he is working on the show much, so he can go.
I would need a new male and a new female.
For the female I would put in the flawless Cyndi Lauper, her music is amazing and I think she would prove really successful on the show, she has the personality and the back catalogue (more than Tulisa's one hit) and I think she might bring the show back to the general public, I mean who doesn't know Girls Just Wanna Have Fun?
Finally, the young viewers should have someone, I am a big fan of Tinie Tempah, he is really talented and I think he would do pretty well, it would either be him or Labrinth, and I think Tinie would do the better job

A member of the public wouldn't work. How could they, when the judge is also the mentor? They tried it on the Pop Star Soap Star show (or whatever it was called) and the idea was just dreadful.

Nicole Scherzinger (She was the only good thing about last series, one of the UK's best ever judges)
Rochelle Humes (Very funny and likeable, good singer too and fills the 'one from a girlband' role)
Simon Cowell (would work well with Rochelle/Nicole, he is the XF, without him the show creates a big hole as we've seen the last two series)

I LOVE Holly but she is way too nice to be a judge. i cant see her being constructive and actually telling the folk who cant sing to save themselves "by the way you cant sing'' lol Also i dont see how she would know anything about the music business as she only does TV work

I'd have Gary Barlow, Robbie Williams, Billy Connoly and Louis Walsh, with a neutral 5th judge(Simon Cowell). Yes, this would be a all male panel, but who cares?
