Had the 55LM760T for 6 weeks and have a problem.

Whenever I try selecting:

Input
Home
Settings
My Apps

All I get is the "loading" icon in the bottom right for around 4 or 5 mins and that's it. I can't change my input which is currently stuck on Freeview.

Any ideas before I take it back to Currys under the sale of goods act.

Have switched off and unplugged several times with same result.

Maybe you don't need a whole new TV and it's just that the firmware is corrupted and needs reloading onto your TV?

I have the same TV and my wife texted me earlier this morning to say the same thing was happening. Can't get into Apps, inputs or anything else.

I can't check mine at the moment as I'm in work but will look later on.

Found a solution....

Settings > Support > Initialisation Premium > Ok

TV will give a message saying it will reboot. Let it reboot and hey presto!!

There are possible links to the errors being due to a firmware update but mine never updated prior to it locking up and post lock up it says there are no updates available.

Very strange but working ok now (touch wood!!)

Thanks must go to some whizz kid on a Greek Forum who first posted a solution last night.

You'd think that firmware updates would be tested before hand to see if any problems occur. Samsung had a few problems with one of their update for their smart tv's too.
