Is creamed coconut the same thing as coconut cream?
I've never used either, so don't want to use the wrong thing.

Creamed Coconut - Solid block. Needs letting down with boiling water

Yes. Creamed coconut will keep in the cupboard as it is a dried product.
The other two are fresh. The difference is the consistancy and strenght of flavour but that depends on how much you use and how much you dilute it.

Thanks for your help- my local shop doesn'y have creamed coconut but it sounds like i should look further afield for the right product.
