If you read what I put properly I was talking about the Her Name is Nicole era she said this herself I will try and find it for you if you want it was in a documentary she done that her the people didn't want her music they wanted the dolls music that's when she went back to the dolls and they released when I grow up. Obviously she's been very sucessful with Killer Love outside of the US but she's still not released anything in the US since the dolls second album.

Maybe, but she's done collaborations that have been successful. US fans blamed her management and campaigned to get the song "Pretty" as a single, that's how much the US fans loved Scherzinger's X factor performance.

A lot of the songs from Her Name Is Nicole ended up on Doll Domination anyway. The issue with Nicole was that the other girls bad mouthed her and the public turned against her and thought that Nicole believed she was better than the band. That's why all of her solo material has failed over there, that reputation still hasn't washed off, in fact The X Factor USA only threw more salt on to the wounds.

LOL wow you really to watch that documentary she done then you will understand what I'm trying to say. In the doucmentary Nicole says herself that the plan was to release her solo music and be solo for a while but the singles were not doing well so then she decided to go back to the Dolls.

Was it the "Behind the music" Documentary? Either way, Scherzinger has released solo music and has had number ones with or without PCD.

I can't remember what's it called I think it might of been that I'm not doubting her success she carried the dolls and has done well outside of the US by herself but she's still percived well there but anyway let's agree to disagree as this is topic is about Kelly not Nicole.

I'd say it sounds now like Cheryl won't be doing the US show (she seems to have totally clearly ruled herself out) so maybe it is Kelly ... but i think you were right, I think we will find out Cheryl was in serious discussions with them about returning for a long time. This sounds like a last minute replacement to me.

Well...I don't care about any of this. Nicole is the best and all but c'mon this is Ms Rowland's thread. Kelly and Nicole would have been an awesome duo though.

And I'm tired of this, Nicole carried the dolls. I also hate it when someone uses the 'Nicole dominated the PCDs' argument, trying to say anything bad about Nicole when 1) Nicole's the only reason that band was successful, 2) the management are to blame for Nicole's pimping - not Nicole herself, 3) there is nothing actually bad in dominating a band, the lead singer usually does - look at Adam Levine and how much he's worshipped. It's the same concept. Except in Nicole's case, she has 4 bitchy cats as band members, which leads me to 4) the other PCD girls are so clearly jealous of Nicole, they can't stop spewing negative things about her too. Nicole stealing someone's boyfriend or whatever...oh please as if Nicole would need to do that...have you had a look at her? Would you honestly believe anything so wrong? Why would she ever need to?

I totally prefer Nicole. At least she managed to go the distance without a sickie or looking knackered at the end.

She is not goping up against Beyonce, Beyonce has nothing to do with this, so thats a silly arguemtent anyways.

Americans will obviously take to kelly more any ways and she'll be more comfortable, well if this is true.

I think Kelly would be perfect for the US version and would be treated better then how she was over here, so I hope this rumour is true, as a judge I thought she was good but not appreciated on the UK version and the whole UK X Factor was below her standard with all the silly drama, which she is far better then.

I disagree with a comment about her popularity suffering because of her UK performance, Nicole bombed on the USXF, but was a major success on the UK show. I think the same will happen to Kelly, she'll probably suit the US show better.

I definitely get the impression she has the job from that clip or at least is in negotiations with the show. Otherwise there would be no other logical reason for her not to deny the rumours.

I saw an recent interview of kelly and she was asked about returning as an x factor judge, she laughed, so not confirming or denying it.

It's so obvious from that clip. I love Kelly, but she is a terrible actress. That laugh was so fake, she knows something or else she wouldn't have faked it. Not to mention basically admitting she was in some form of discussion by saying she won't talk about it. She has nothing to gain from the rumors if she isn't going back?

I really feel atm the US show will be Simon, Cheryl, Kelly and Demi right now. They need someone for the 18 to 49 population - I suppose Kelly fulfills that role?

I read somewhere that FOX will be announce the judges on May 14th or 15th I think
