I really don't believe they will have three female judges, it will be the usual two male and two female. I don't think Cheryl will be going back either.
Kelly should off been on the X Factor USA in the first place... I think Kelly and Cheryl on season 1 would of worked well together as opposed to having Paula Abdul.
Will have to wait and see when they announce the panel in the next couple off weeks.

Yeah, I never got why they did what they did. 2011 should've been Simon/Paula/Kelly/LA in USA, and Gary/Cheryl/Nicole/Louis in UK.

It was on E! that Fox will announcing there fall schedule in the next couple of weeks, including the new X Factor Judges.
