Who should judge USA/ Australian versions?

A lot of speculation about who will be joining the British panel, but not as much talk about the US/ Australian versions (which are both a few judges down). If you could pick stars to join each panel, who would it be and why?

USA

Simon Cowell- I think it needs him, as he's so associated with it there now (and he needs it, as it's his only on-screen gig in the US now)
Demi Lovato- Was the surprise package of last season for me. She seemed so suited at mentoring, and her love/ hate relationship with Simon was one of the few interesting things about last years panel.
Enrique Iglesias- Latin Pop is huge in America, and Enrique is treated as a god in some quarters. Having a young male popstar on the panel isn't done very often, so it would add a fresh dynamic.
Kesha- No doubt a controversial choice, but Kesha ticks the box for current pop diva in need of a career boost. She also has the IQ of a genius, so surely her critique will be a marked improvement on monosyllabic Britney from last year.

Australia

Ronan Keating- Losing all 4 of the judges in the space of a year would be a huge blow for the show, so it's important to keep Ronan as an anchor to the shows past.
Jessica Mauboy- A former Australian Idol contestant who is now a successful actress, Jessica would be fun for the younger female on the pane;l.
Jason Derulo-Despite being American, Australia is Jason's biggest market, so why not use him as a judge. He gives the show an international name, and his kind of music is what is charting globally now.
Dannii Minogue-It's already been confirmed that she's doing the show, and I think she'll be a great fit. If they couldn't have got Dannii, I'd have suggested DJ/ Pitbull collaborator Havana Brown.

Not sure about the Australian version but I think the American Version should be Simon Demi Ne-yo and Kelly Rowland that would be a good panel.
