Pie on a roll
Does anyone else put scotch pies, macaroni pies etc on a buttered roll and eat them? I do it and it tastes great but I have found very few people in my life that do the same and plenty that are baffled by the idea. Thoughts?

They ( the dieticians) were shocked the other week when someone did this on 'Secret Eaters'. Mind you, if I'd didn't put weight on so easily I could put a veggie pie in a roll with brown sauce - but I just can't.

When I was in my late teens I would put the whole of my, once a week, fried breakfast in a sandwich. Bacon, egg, fried bread, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, the lot.
I couldn't even manage a full fried breakfast these days! |

I haven't had a fry up for AGES. I wan't one now. I eat mine in forkfuls with a bit of everything on the fork so it's kinda like eating it like a sandwich.

I couldn't even manage a full fried breakfast these days! The closest I've come to that is having a poached egg inside a chip butty. |
