Since re-tuning my Mother's TV I find that the EPG won't scroll to later programmes.

Is this normal or is there some sort of error?

If it is an error what would you suggest?

TV is an LG but I forget the model.

Is it only displaying the current and next programme by any chance?

I have seen TVs where you get the option of the full 7 day EPG or just Now - Next display. Might be worth digging into the menus to see if that is an option on this TV.

I don't know if it ever gave the option of 7 days but, prior to the retune, it displayed the whole days programmes. Now it just gives, as you say, Now and Next.

If you saw more than just the current and next programme then chances are you were looking at the 7day EPG. Basically with Freeview it's either Now-Next or 7 day.

Which would suggest the TV has somehow switched into Now-Next display mode. Which could be as simple as pressing one of the colour buttons with the EPG showing or trawling through the menus to find the setting.

Thank you.

I'll see what I can do when I'm next over there.

You were right. It was one of the coloured buttons. Thanks.
