Has anybody received theirs yet that they were offering end last year early part this year?

my brothers username & password aren't working on the vodafone website and he seems to think its directing to a different website

i gave credit card details. is there a chance it was hacked??

using firefox i went into the vodafone shop and clicked on buy for a phone. It says there was a problem with the certificate and it claims that it could be a site pretending to be v-store

i am very worried

it could have been a spoof website thats not funny :S

Oh dear, hope it's not a spoof site . Why did you give out credit card details to get something for free?

they dont actually hack they make a website which looks identical to the website and register a domain like vodafone-sims.co.uk or whatever and people think its official and aint :|

To me I thought the site looks rather odd due to the cookie alert me not to go on the site to me rather strange for a major site place a cookie on their in the first place.

If you all worried about that site why don't you report it to vodafone see what they say?.

Has anyone had an order confirmation email? I did. It looks ok to me. It dosent quote my card details, just my name, address and an email address and number to contact the Vodaphone store for any queries. It dosent say, but is it possible that it could be on one of those 28 day delivery time scales? When did everyone place their order? Mine was done 28/12/04.

I think i did but it was from v-store or whatever its called.

I'm ringing them in the morning and see what they say. The sim offer I am sure was on www.vodafone.co.uk so Im sure it will arrive in due course. Hopefully it's something and nothing.

I got my sim on friday. I did think the site was a bit suspisious when I ordered but it came through ok. I didn't get and confomation e-mails it just sent it.
