mine seemed okay, but delivery said up to 4 days. (up to 4 days was long ago)

My brother was going on his vodafone mail and it redirecting him here :

http://www.vodafone.net

This looks like a spoof and i got a message on firefox saying it uses 'low-grade encryption'

and my brothersl username and password aint working now either and he's almost sure he put in his details correctly

Vodafone.net is where the Vodafone Mail service has been located for at least the past 2 years, it's not a spoof. The Vodafone Mail service and the My Vodafone service can have different login details, could he be mixing the 2 up? Also, they delete the accounts when you disconnect from them (e.g. cancel a contract), so if he is trying to access an old account he won't be able to.

The site was a 100% genuine Vodafone site - The v-store.co.uk (vodafones new PayG store URL) & shop.vodafone.co.uk are interchangable. Vodafone haven't got the certificate set up correctly on the server to take this into account. Which is pretty poor on their part & likely to cause unnessecary concern, especially when Vodafone's E-commerce system requires payment details to be entered to process the orders - even when no payment will be taken.

Didn't anyone but me read the info that said
Quote:
“Due to the holiday collection schedules, orders placed between 24th December and 3rd January will be processed after the 4th January.”

Also the free delivery says upto 10 days. So they are late after the 14th

It can't be a spoof website because when i saw the free sim offer on here it was also advistised on the vodafone.co.uk site, the same day that i placed my order, on evening of the 25th Dec

Sorry to change the subject, but does anyone know the name of the Sony Ericsson Service Centre on White Hart Lane, NE London? I've got a feeling it's 'A.I Electronics', or 'I.S.' or something. Cheers.....
