I had a very strange issue with our Humax 9300 using .26 firmware last night.

We had about 80 programs recorded but it wasn't taking up even half of the space on the disc.

When we went in to try and play a recording we could only see 6 programs. All the programs that you could see we had deleted the previous night.

I tried switch the power off to the 9300 - this didn't help still had the same situation. Next we deleted all the programs that we could see and suddenly we go the 80 programs visible again. We were able to play any program in the 80 that we had recorded.

Anybody else had this issue?

I think you had 'selected' them but forgot to delete them. Once you have selected programmes from the playlist the left and right arrows take you to a 'selected programmes' list, also a 'radio recordings' list if you have any, this is the way it works. The selected programmes list and radio list disappear if you haven't got any recordings in those lists.

Never knew that......thanks Big-Les...you have answered one of my great mysteries if life.
