id like to ask for help on this forum please as from what ive seen there are a few knowledgeable people on here that knows a thing or two lol

i have a digihome pvr 160.the problem im having is when i do a full scan all my channels are there but after i put it into standby to go to bed i notice in the morning ive lost sky news and price drop..they do reappear when ive scanned for channels again.

i dont know if theirs others what i lose but its those two that stood out for me..any ideas?

Hi, your box is ok - just old. The pvr80/160 had a software limitation that it could only store 100 channels (which at the time was plentiful). However with more and more rubbish channels coming online and an increase in radio stations this 100 limit is being exceeded.

There are two things you need to do;

1. Disable update checking for new software - there will never be any more updates

2. Go through all your channels and delete ones that you will never watch.

After that, and assuming the count is now below 100, everything should be ok again.
