Does May 28th sound correct to you guys? It looks quite a bargain, but I'm also worried about the pan & scan comment - I'm fairly sure they don't do pirate DVDs though so I guess it must be Kosher?....

yeah, you can order the 4:3 version from amazon.com, which gives the same release date as that, so I'm sure its OK.

The price including p+p from EzyDVD is £14.41.

That price will of course fluctuate depending on exchange rates.

Other Forums including Aus DVD sites having been saying that Warners have only announced a P/S version in Aus. In UK and US we will get both W/S and P/S versions.
There are growing complaints so may well get W/S in Aus as well, but with over 3 months until release things may well change.

If you want a good price most R1 retailers in the UK have it for £14.99 whereas in R2 RRP is £22.99 so may be able to get around £17 level (however currently UK release appears to be 2 weeks before rest of world). In both cases can choose P/S or W/S

May the 11th is the release date i have seen on 2 sites.

Play seem to say later though.
