Spoiler
more importantly considering we thought the TARDIS wasn't translating how would she be able to know it's his name? that implies she can read High Gallifreyan?!

Either that, or she could just be with the Doctor or in communication with the Doctor when she comes across it and he tells her that's what the symbols are on it.....? But like your theory more.......

That sounds quite likely. I image that there's some context around it, like The Doctor telling her that it's his, and she eventually deduces it must be his name.

I reckon that if she knows it's his cot or she assumes so she'll sus out that the writing is his name.

EDIT: ^Sorry, I posted this before seeing it had been touched on.

The monsters in this episode must have always been in the TARDIS, surely, unless they were in the place where the TARDIS is being kept. But if they were always in the TARDIS, I'm guessing just about all the doors will be open, thus the monsters being able to escape. They looked very shadowy.

That could certainly work. They stumble upon the crib during their escape, she asks why he has one, he explains it's his, she asks what the symbols are, he says it's his name...

Then the preview text convo happens later when they're having their 'who the hell are you really?!' argument.

He did offer to keep the Master in the Tardis in a prison so I'd suggest that he has done other weird stuff in there.

He didn't specify prison, he just said in the Tardis, to which the master replied "you're just gonna keep me?" IIRC

Hasn't that become the norm for 7B on here?

I think I probably got the prison bit from elsewhere... Oh yeah he kept the Doctor in a cage not the other way round... It is late Davros...:

But yeah is he was content to keep the Master as a friend/ pet he must have some well crazy shizzle in there!

Some select caps from the Next Time trailer:

The Best TARDIS Room - Needs more Library
One for the children, no doubt.
THE EGG ARC RETURNS.
Best Salvage in the Universe
Obvious Paul McGann or The Rani
Josh Pinder

With Hide elevating everything further for series 7B i am very much looking forward to this, again I know minimal about the episode so i think by the look of Next Time and what has been hinted...this is set to be an outrageous adventure episode with several twists and turns and I cannot wait...looks set to continue trend...

Hopefully this episode will be better than the highly boring 'Hide'.

I know Josh Pinder ain't gonna like that one!

I like the bit about "bet your one of those who won't date a girl unless his mother likes her" or something like that, obviously Clara says it as there are no other female characters or one of the salvage blokes commenting on why the Doctor hasn't asked Clara out.

Pre-Episode Discussion need not be limited to 24 hours. Especially when we get all the teasers and previews in the week building up to it.

River writes Old High Gallifreyian (seen in Time of Angels) so could probably read the writing on the crib.

1) Swimming Pool or Library?

2) The Doctors Crib (which will presumably be where the quote about seeing the Doctors name came from)

3)
Spoiler
Christopher Eccelston's Voice?

4) The umbrella stand?

Prior to this we used to have a thread every week for discussion of previews, preview clips and other promotional stuff. All thats happened is we now have just one thread for all information regarding an episode rather than having two seperate one. It seems rather sensible to me.

I think it's just the norm full stop.

Prior to the Cold War thread we had a separate "round-up" thread for the next episode where people could post spoiler-free reviews and trailers etc.
However, in my wisdom and after many seconds of painstaking and meticulous research, I concluded that it would in fact be a better idea to merge the round-up thread and episode discussion thread into one. My invention has since caught on and is repeated to this day.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but doesn't Old High Gallifreyan look a bit like Greek whereas standard Gallifreyan looks like those hexagons and circles? And isn't it standard Gallifreyan on the Doctor's cot?

NO!
The return of The Egg Agenda!

Has there been any return of the Christmas Agenda or The Explosion Agenda at all recently?

BBC America trailer

The TARDIS console explosion is different to that of the Launch Trailer - perhaps that was from the finale. Especially given the poster.....

I'm not sure about this actually. Back in The Pandorica Opens when she grafittied that cliff wasn't part of it in Gallifreyan?
