Kellie and Derek fans need to chill , they are so annoying and are directing unnecessary hate to Z and her fans daily , SMH, Shame !!!!!!!
Why cant we just support whoever we support , watch fantastic dancers (kellie, Z, Aly....) without all the insults..cyber-bullying that they throw at a teenager ? I dont even see them say such nasty things about the other competitors : Aly, Jacoby (not that they should btw ) .
The things that I see them say about Z every day are just unbelievable and sad ; now they are bitching about her having a book, I mean really ???

Exactly and the sad thing is that they are mostly adults who could be Z mom and for their information not every z fan is a kid or a teen . She has a lot of grandma, adults, mothers..........who support her

1. She wrote a fun book about teen style etc. It's not like she wrote an autobiography at 16. She is promoting her book via twitter. I don't see anything wrong with that. The book is for teen girls....and many of her fans are teen girls...who follow her on twitter. The girl has 2.5 million followers why WOULD'NT she promote her book on twitter? That's called smart advertising. Not to mention...everyone else promotes their projects via twitter. Kellie who is also a singer has been promoting her music via twitter as well.

People are searching, digging...scaping at the bottom of the barrel to find a reason to not like this girl. It's kinda hard not to like her. This entire season this girl has given no one a reason not to like her. That would include Kellie & Aly. No character flaw...no major breakdown. All 3 are likeable. When I hear people critize her (based on something ridiculous) it is actually more of a reflection of the person. Keep slinging mud folks because this makes her fans fight harder to help her win.

Yes grown women lusting after Mr Hough & think he has automatic right to best partner/mirrorball & anybody who stands in way that happening gets abused - real mature & sporting, wonder what Derek would make if he saw what his fans spout about Zendaya.

They want to make it seem like they are at an equal footing and I dont care what they say but imho Z is a far better dancer than Kellie. Just on performance alone, Z beats Kellie miles ahead on that. Now on flexibility Kellie is way ahead of Z. I still want Kellie to dance (a lot ) out of hold like Z is doing, when she does and keep up with Derek at the same time then her fans can talk...
I honestly think that Kellie wouldn't have fared well if she was partnered with another pro and that's why Derek is arguably the best choreographer in this show : he knows how to make his celebrity good and hide their flaws.

Like I said, its sad tbh. Kellie is not my favorite but she is a lovely dancer and seems like a nice girl. I just dont understand why her fans and Derek fans act this way.You would expect things like that coming from Z or Aly fans not adults !!!

My thoughts exactly. They are very predictable though...Last season their stategy of attack back fired. They spent most of the season slinging mud at Val & Kelly. And praising Melissa to the high heavens about how they hoped she made the finals over Kelly. Melissa & Shawn were pure sunshine and Kelly was the devil. Funny thing is that they over did it because by the time they realized that Melissa had a legit shot at actually beating Shawn they knew they would look ridiculous all of the sudden tearing her apart.

I hate blind fanaticism and most of Derek fans are like that. He can do absolutely no wrong in their eyes. Im not the kind of person who support you in whatever you do just because I like you. Its okay to admit that your fav. pro or dancer messed up or has faults but for them its not the case. Derek is a genius and he cant do no wrong .

I feel the same way. I think Zendaya is a better actual dancer & performer. She can match Val out of hold and be in perfect timing with him. In hold she is very elegant as well.

The real issue is that I've been watching DWTS long enough to know and see when a pro is hiding the celebs weakness. For Derek when his partner is not a natural mover i.e. Ricki Lake...Maria M. he keeps them in hold ALOT. Or he dances around them. I know all the tricks so I'm not really fooled but someone who doesn't watch every season might not realize this. Also he incoporates alot of staccato...cheerleader like moves as filler instead of actual dancing. For example:
1. Cha Cha - Alot of stationary dancing where her feet weren't moving or Derek would lead her to a certain spot...they'd stop...do a move etc.
2. Jazz - Again many lifts and stationary "dancing" which was similar to cheerleader arm movements. He carried her from position to position to demonstrate her flexibility but she didn't really move around the floor on her own.
3. Jive - a lot of fluff in the beginning while Derek is running around. When they actually get into the Jive...Derek danced around her quite a bit and when she did dance next to Derek she didn't have good timing with him. There were some mistakes in that routine.
4. Rumba - again she doesn't dance on her own in that routine. Derek "places" her into position to hit a flexible pose or move. Her solo was her rolling around on the floor so she didn't move around on her own for that portion either.
5. Foxtrot - Great performance majority in hold. If I remember correctly she was not in hold when they tossed the hat...so she wasn't moving or dancing. They weren't in hold when she did the penquin walk next to each other...but is that a dance step?
6. Quickstep - all in hold so no problems there as Derek guided her the entire way through.
7. Samba - Alot of "placing" her where she needed to be. He rarely let go of her. But she was actually doing some non-cheerleader moves so it looked good.
8. V. Waltz - in hold so same as above.
9. Paso - If you re-watch the performace she is basically being flung between Derek & Tristan...not a lot of actual dancing around the floor..look at how much she is actually moving about the floor (not alot).

So for me when I think of Kellie's Jive for example vs. Zendaya's or compare their Paso Dobles, Cha Cha's, Samba's etc. their is NO comparision as to who is actually dancing: which to me...also means moving around the floor, dancing with your partner, matching your partner and also selling the piece like you are having fun. For me Zenday is better dancer for these reasons.

Also as far as the ballroom dances...I think Kellie has some beautiful lines and I think she does much better at the ballroom dances vs latin. However, performance wise I still better connect with Z. Z's V. Waltz was so light and lovely. And her foxtrot was so cute and fun. Again much more connected to her performance. Ok I'll stop rambling now.

I love dance and learned and know quite a lot about it (partially ) from watching strictly come dancing actually. Having watched these 2 shows for a long time and know how professionals work behind the scenes, I know what Derek does well and see why imo he is the best choreographer at dwts (sorry Val but I have to be honest lol ); Kellie is a great dancer but not good as Z or good as people make her to be : the only reason why some people think that she is the best dancer this year is mostly because of Derek imo so kudos to him for being this brilliant choreographer

I have said this before and Im going to say it again nobody can touch Z on performance ability this season. From all the females who have been in this show she is in my opinion the best female performer I have ever seen. Sometimes with the likes of Nicole, Mya, Melissa, Shawn....you could catch them slightly anxious or have a deer caught in the headlights look for a slipt second but with Z you never see it. She pratically comes alive on stage and show no nerves, I know she is a seasonned performer but still....... that girl is a star

Are you reading my mind tonight??? Preach on!!! I am loving Val this season but I can admit that sometimes in the past he might have gotten on my nerves or said something I didn't agree with or I didn't love he dance he choreographed (cough:kelly freestyle: cough). I'm a fan of a 3 demensional person.

I wish Derek fans would acknowledge that sometimes he's not brillant. Sometimes the choreo is ok but not great...or someone did it better. Don't be deliusional enough to think he deserves to win EVERY damn season just because it's him. This season in particular there is someone who is a better dancer. Now if he wins because he uses smoke & mirrors, covers Kellies flaws and wows with tricks...and Val doesn't outdo Derek in the creativity department then props to Derek. However this turns out...to me Z is the better dancer...it really is up to Val to really wow in the freestyle in order to win. IMO.

And I cannot stress enough how much I hated kelly and val partnership last season , hated it !!! Mostly because of the showmance. Proof enough that I just dont support someone no matter what....I hope Val learned his lesson and dont go down that road again in the future but I doubt it lol.
