And to think that underneath this smile she was still heartbroken about the results , she is a strong girl that's for sure and a very good actress.

But Like I said, she will get over it......its going to take time but she will eventually get over it.

I'm still struggling with it & think its because of way it happened, had it been normal voting then it would been easier but its the not knowing if it could been different that i still am angry about - way ABC handled it all was just awful & for a young girl with so many young fans so devastated they couldnt help her to win it really disgusts me their lack of communication.

Still as Z herself said its not all about the winning & i truly believe she was true winner/star & one who's performances will be remembered for seasons to come!!

The Lesson is : You may work very hard to achieve your goals, put your heart and soul into it but still not get what you deserve and its not your fault but it is just that sometimes in life there are things that happen that you have no control over and there is nothing you can do about it.
It sucks , its terrible but thats life. She is still 16 so she will understand one day if not now. I feel sorry the MOST for Val because that really had to hurt. I mean he was under all kind of pressures this season, handled him so well and he certainly earned that paycheck !!! But to come so short and not winning this, Im sure that really got to hurt especially when you know how his brother has been in this show for 15 seasons and NEVER won btw I dont think Maks will ever win even if he comes back .
Like I said, I dont want to be pessimistic but Z was his best shot at winning this trophy. Those brothers are cursed I tell you LOL.

Like I said before their pathetic behavior towards this girl is more of a reflection of WHO they are as persons; SMH.... SAD people !!!

Whatever happened to respecting the competition ? and be respectful towards each other I have no problems with Kellie; I think she is a nice girl actually but to put it nicely her fans are disgraceful and thats a shame.

She really handled herself so well. I really hope she does big things in the future. I am really invested in the show because I am soooo rooting for her. She truly was a pleasure to watch.

No curse! lol. Honestly after so many seasons of trying I kind of felt like sometimes Maks heart wasn't in it each season. Maybe he got tired of the crap....became bitter about the process...I don't know.

I don't think Val is at that point yet. I have faith that Val will get the mirrorball. There are a handfull of pros that have created routines that are so memorable that I still watch them years later. For me that is Cheryl (not in the most recent seasons though), Derek, Mark (sometimes), Maks (more so in past seasons) and now Val. I think he has it in him.

BIB Yeah I really think he became jaded and over the show in general as the seasons went by.

And as for Val, good luck to him but Im truly done with the show I really wish him the best and hope that he is able to win one day .

So much talk about becoming a role model and she seems to take that role very seriously. I just think that she has to be careful with it and just know how to make a smooth transition between teen star idol and her career path.
A lot of those Disney (Lindsay Lohan ..enough said.....Demi Lovato who Z loves btw and Britney just for a few examples ) and Nickelodeon (Amadon Bynes is an example I cant believe what she has become today; I never thought that this would happen to her of all people, its so sad to see her life become a trainwreck right now , she had such a promising future and all I can ask is where are her parents ? and where is her entourage ??? ) kids have fallen prey to the traps of stardom so my hope is that Z never fall into that category.
She is very intelligent, mature, has a good head on her shoulders and has most importantly strong families values so I think she will be fine but she needs to ease up a bit with the role model talk imo. You can say you want to inspire kids and young people but to take the responsibility of being a good role model is too much and history has shown that over time these kids/teens crack under pressure and end up like Lindsey Lohan or Amanda Bynes to name a few.
She will turn 17 in a few months and then 18 ...she would like to live her life and imo those kids/teen stars fall prey to the pressure of stardom because there is just too much expectations about maintaining a " clean-cut...good image ".

So just ease up on the role model talk. She is poised to become the next big thing at Disney right now so I can understand but still.......

I hate what's happened with Amanda Bynes She was the last person who I expected it to happen to, because she used to be so level-headed and fun and aware of her surroundings. I don't actually think she's gone wrong to her own faults- sadly, I think she may be mentally ill in some way, it's tragic.

I don't think Z will go that way. I can so see her going the way of artists such as Beyonce and the late Aaliyah anyway- two artists who were mature, knew about the industry from a young age and always mixed with the right people. They are/were both calm and collected too, and I think DWTS gave Zendaya a great experience. I don't think she'll ever end up like that, I'd hope!

Everytime I watch this video , I get a bit emotional

It's been a week and I can't seem to let it go....I really need a new hobby or distraction! Next season seems so far away.

" DWTS reunion " tomorrow and Z is not going to be there because she is shooting her music video tomorrow ...oh well.

No wonder Val liked that interview and linked it .
I watched it and I felt so proud . I honestly wasn't that mature, poised and collected at that age; I dont know many 16 years old who are. You can tell she knows what she is doing , loves what she does and knows where she wants to go and what is going to take for her to achieve her goal .
These little girls and teens watching her should be very proud of having her as someone to be inspired by ; I prefer inspired and not look up too because I dont like the " role model thing " because it places unnecessary burden on the celebrity although as I noted before Z would be fine regardless. Just really proud of her .

I would like to add that one thing I love the most is that she is really passionate about becoming a singer/actress...doing it all. Because Imo some of these kids stars were pushed/heavily influenced by management/parents to do their craft. I really love the fact that she clearly LOVES what she is doing .

Im actually surprised that not a lot of celebs/pros went except those 3 ; even Karina didn't go .

Yeah I can't wait for pictures!!!! however the single wont even premiere for another 4-8weeks.. she said July but dont know if its at the start of the month or end.

Really a fan of this girl. Usually after the season I don't necessarily follow the celeb but with her I can't wait to see what she does next. Very impressed that she has an understanding of the importance of the business side of the industry. Smart girl...great parents.
