Beverly

Now this is more like it! The first performance I was a bit 50/50 over it but this was a lot better. It felt more like you and really suited what Kev has been doing with you as an artist. I really liked this one as it has a lot more soul in it that first one and it also has a slight hint of quirky high vocals you have and this was just generally a good performance and I am quite impressed by that Beverly so bravo to you on that performance.

overall my view on this performance

Since when did a mentor own 500 T-Shirts, last time I checked, we don't own any.

Oh Beverly, that was much, much better than your first song. The song had everything that was almost lacking in your first performance. The song gave you a chance to use your voice to the way I'm used to seeing and I think that after tonight, you have just saved yourself and that you're on your way to the final. Well done on a good night, Beverly.

Much better comments for Beverly too this time, has she earned herself a place in the final with this?

We'll see about that soon enough, but fist it's TWIST TIME!

Goodness, another twist?!

Time for a game changer everyone. Please keep in mind that I had this planned all along since the beginning of the series, and that today's performances had nothing to do with it.

Anyway, the second round of performances will be treated as a separate show. This means that all votes from the previous round are void and will not be taken into consideration. I'm also going to ask everyone to vote based on the second performances alone, rather than taking both performances into consideration. It's very much a blank slate again, so it's basically anyone's game again. Good luck judges, it just got interesting!

What a twist everyone, this could be a deciding factor in who makes the final and who doesn't!

Public, it's up to you to vote again and decide which four acts will be competing for the title in the next show. Your vote has never been so important as it is now, so make sure to vote if you want to save your favourites.

Remember that you can vote even if you've already voted in part one!

Here's a reminder of the performances in the second round:
Spoiler
Tasha Pyne - Salvation by Gabrielle Alpin
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wWttGChn5ZE

Matt Defreitas - Two Devils by Dog Is Dead
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XFlJmF0QQrc

Aiden Grimshaw - Baby Blue by King Krule
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6XJQXH_cmcY

Little Mix - Light Me Up by Parade
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VkeKJBu-ODE

Beverly Savarin - Sky Is Falling by Natale Duncan
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iuEB2xMX0-M

To vote, please rank all the acts that have performed tonight from 5 to 1 based solely on the performances listed above, assigning 5 points to your favourite act, all the way down to just 1 point for your least favourite act. Mentors can vote as well, and they CAN vote for their own acts as well.

The lines will remain open until 21:40, with the results taking place at 21:45 on this thread. That gives you about 30 minutes to vote again, so make sure you get your votes in before the lines close again.

In the meantime, feel free to talk about the show on this thread!

Well done Jack, you've found the third secret twist!

We are all going to make a merry trip with my personal time machine to witness the results of a vote that has yet to take place in the time we're going to!

What exactly are you implying? It was always going to be interesting if both Jack and I returned to the panel!

The public have voted for a second time tonight, with the votes total topping the total for part one with ease.

That has led to some very interesting results and quite possibly a shocker. As you all know, one act will be leaving the competition in 5th place in a few minutes, leaving four acts for the grand final. Let's not keep you waiting any longer, please welcome back the judges and the top 5 one more time!

Team Kevin

Aiden Grimshaw
Beverly Savarin
Matt Defreitas

Team Steve
Little Mix
Tasha Pyne

And jackel1234 as our special guest judge!

All right ladies and gentlemen, the first act that managed to make it to the final is:

*Holds hands with Tasha and Perrie*

Good luck everyone...

Tasha Pyne

She's been known for defying the odds before, but it seems the twist really combined well with that spectacular second performance of hers. Welcome to the final!

The second finalist goes by the name of:
