What was the deal with him spitting during his speech in the End of time? I had just finished my Christmas dinner and it wasn't nice to look at.

I quite liked it.

Now, what I did find disgusting is 'The Master' (not that one) in 'The Mind Robber' having a big wedge of gob at the side of his mouth for the entire serial.

Matt Smith spat at the TARDIS console in End of Time part 2 when it was on fire! There was a lot of spitting going on. One spit written by Moffat the other RTD.

It was foreshadowing.

I prefer the spit in RTD's era. Moffat's spit is not the same. The quality has clearly gone downhill.

Yeas I agree, the Moffatt spit went on for far too long

Mmm. The spit escaped the time lock & was used to clone Timelords?
