Hmm, this piece about mobile contracts is off-putting. Didn't he just say staff now have to say prices could go up and down - down? whats the chance the phone companies are going to lower contract prices?.
Yes like prices are ever going to go down.

So if Matt can ride a bike, why did he need a driver?

Waste of Licence payers money.
I never saw the point of that idiot being in it. I hate the way they make Rouge Traders in a joke way .. it's far from funny!

So people are having to pay around 70p extra a month - how much has the BBC wasted on investigating this anal issue?!

...now I know that the phone contract says at the bottom that the price may change.
...and I understand that it's all your fault if you don't read it etc...

BUT:

Surly the whole contract is null and avoid as it is deliberately misleading? If the name of the contract is a FIXED TERM contract then you can't have small print saying that it may change or else it isn't a fixed term contract.

It's like me sending out letters for everyone to come to my showroom where everyone will be guaranteed to get a free car and then putting in small print that you must give me 20,000 first.

Surly someone can take then to court and get a test case against misrepresentation?

You can't mislead in adverts and advertising a Fixed Term contract that isn't, it misleading.

No need for the baby really.

But I do like items like the Sea Horse one. We should have warnings like that every day.

Well yes, I understand that but it's not about football is it.? it's about a car dealers. Can nobody deal with the word United without referring to football?

Whe someone is united in marriage do they play the theme tune to Match of the Day?

Sewer-age

Is that always how you're meant to pronounce it? I've always said Sewage.

I wonder how much of the price rise is to give the company more profit?
