I honestly don't think that she's anyone we've ever met before or related to any character at all (certainly not the Doctor unless the BBC are supportive of incest in their family shows - too much kissing and flirting, she's shown too much of a sexual interest in him in other eps and they're even posing as husband and wife next week apparently).

It's a total double bluff imo. We've known exactly who she is since Bells - she really is just an ordinary girl and what splits her across time hasn't happened yet.

I hope it doesn't turn out she is relation of anyone although isn't Donna from the same place as Clara?

She must be split somehow she just doesn't know it

This could be taken many ways...
1) Could she have met River before? Foes she still have that vortex manipulator wrist thing?

2) We've seen her meet The Doctor four times so far? As Soufflé Girl, As the Victorian nanny, the little girl in the park (in that prequel), and now companion Clara...maybe Clara has met 10 or all the other doctors before? We saw Martha and 10 running off with a bow and arrow at the end of Blink. We don't see all the adventures, the Doctor doesn't have to know every name...?
