As the title says

I heard him say his "Genghis Khan" line, earlier in the episode.

It was one of the voices that came out of the console when one of the scavengers was taking it apart

It was a line from Rose - "The assembled hordes of Genghis Khan couldn't get through that door, and believe me they've tried!"

I didn't hear it

I think there was one about what TARDIS stood for which was probably said by Susan

I hardly heard any of it, bloody wife won't shut up

I heard Susan and the Ninth Doctor, someone else has said the Third Doctor was another one.

As well as the Voices heard when the Console was opened it seems the Voice of Rassilon (Timothy Dalton) can be heard when the Encyclopedia Gallifreya leaks some Knowledge.

I'd swear 'Medusa Cascade' was one of the things heard at that point from the Encyclopedia.

Don't blame the Mrs. I watched it on iPlayer and had to use the subtitles! They were too quiet.

I'd really like to know what was said at this point. Could it be important? If anyone has the technical ability to isolate the audio and clean it up so it was audible that would be cool!
