For me, Series 7 has been a tale of two halves....7A was for me just as brilliant as S5 and S6. A Town Called Mercy being the only real low point for me in that half.

However, since the Snowmen, there has only been one episode I have actually enjoyed and that was Hide. For me, something is most definitely missing in this half of S7. It's one of those where I'm not quite sure what it is - at times I feel it's to do with Clara/Jenna and then I feel it's the movie of the week feel for it, but something is just off about 7B. I can't quite place what it is though. It's definitely in my opinon been Moffat's least consistent series since he's been at the helm.

I think the writing is still up to standard, but my enjoyment of the show hasn't been this low since S2. Obviously there are still plenty of people enjoying it which is good, but for me, the averageness of 7B has meant that my enthusiasm for the next episode to air just isn't there at the moment.

I'm hopeful it'll turn a corner soon though!
