I've never seen these around before (not yet anyway)?
They weren't part of the last "Choose a Champion" thing as Mint won that contest so not sure where I saw them.

These are not available anymore, they were part of the Kit Kat Chunky Champion contest in 2012. The four bars in that year were; Orange, Peanut Butter, White Choc, and Double Choc. The Peanut Butter won in 2012 but like you say, these have been replaced by the new 2013 contest.
