They are all gorgeous, great personalities, successful and can actually sing! It could be the Cheryl Cole effect all over again! But sadly we're more likely to get stuck with Mrs O

That's the last thing the XF needs

I think a behind the scene person (such as a producer) would be a better idea... Someone who might give some professional opinions instead of empty banter (I like a bit of banter, but some real opinions would be good too).

Wasn't one of them rejected from The X Factor...twice?

Although I love Frankie and Rochelle because of S Club 8, they don't have a lot of personality. Neither of them have personality to be fair, they are a bit bland.

Only like two of them can hold a note on a regular basis.

I remember seeing Frankie on Never Mind The Buzzcocks once. Painful is the word that springs to mind.

If Simon was to go for one of the Saturdays, it would probably be Mollie. She's probably conventionally the prettiest/best dressed member (which is apparently all female judges are good for ) and seems to come across quite well in interviews.

The only one who can sing is the ugly one. She's got absolutely no personality though.

Which one of the Saturdays is 'the ugly one'? Genuinely scratching my head over that. They all look pretty to me.

Yeah, if you are referring to Vanessa, and you think she is ugly? Well, none of us have a chance in the world if she's ugly! She's absolutely stunning!

Of course I am. The fact you automatically thought of her adds weight to the point made. She's the ugly one from The Saturdays. She can sing but she has no personality so there's no way Simon would hire her.

Bloody hell, there's no hope for us mere mortals if someone as stunning as Vanessa could be classed as ugly.

Judging by their reality show, Mollie has the best personality, and she was rejected from X Factor..

Agree with you and we seem to watch the same shows. On the other hand, she has the hotness going for her.

She also has a very annoying lisp.

If it came down to one of the Saturday's I think we all know it would be Frankie who would get the job.

I think Rochelle or Mollie have the personality for it...but I couldn't imagine them having a huge input on the judging panel.

Yeah I love Mollie I reckon Frankie could have a chance at being hired too.

To be honest, I think Rochelle would be the only one who would have the right personality for the judging panel. And she's obviously otherwise engaged for this series.

One thing that could be interesting is if they had Rochelle and her husband Marvin from JLS on the panel. Would be television gold to see them compete against one another and having typical couples arguments.

Mollie can't sing and she has a lisp. There's no way she'd make a good judge.
