I'll kick off then! By chance, I've just ordered an S4 through CPW over the phone. Stock is available for Friday delivery apparently. My network is O2. Salesperson said CPW can't offer the new O2 Refresh tariffs but I wondered whether I might be able to transfer over to one at some time during my 24 month CPW contract. Thanks in advance.

What are your thoughts on the two different processor versions - availability and difference to the consumer - (both casual and power users)?

Care to compare the strengths and weaknesses vs the HTC One?

Will the octo-core S4 ever make an appearance in the UK? I saw that the quad core version was supposed to be optimised for the LTE that's rolling out over the UK, but with that being cost-prohibitive for most, the octo-core would be a better deal for longer battery life and still being HSDPA+ compliant.

Hi David.

1. Why does the S4 only have around 9.5GB user-accessible internal storage out of the box? What effects will this have on saving apps and files?

2. Why is the phone laggy? Been reported on many forums.

3. When will CPW stock 32/64GB S4's?

What aspects of the Samsung S4 would cause you to choose it over an HTC One?

Hi David, Just two questions -

1. I'm thinking of upgrading to the S4 from my current HTC One X (After only a year) as recently its become buggy and I'm just sick and tired of HTC tbh. Would you say this is a good upgrade choice?

2. One of the main things I use my phone for is listening to music (With earphones) how is the samsung music player and most importantly is the sound quality good?

Thanks

I'm very near the end of my iPhone 4 contract. Why would you recommend looking at the S4 instead of the iPhone 5? Thanks David.

He works for Carphone Warehouse, he isn't in a position to answer that.

Most people who work for Samsung couldn't answer it either and those that could, wouldn't.

Hi David,

What is your opinion on the phone size in comparison to an iPhone 4 (my current phone). I'm very tempted to upgrade to the S4 when my current contract is up, but the phone does look a bit bigger in the pictures I've seen so far.

Thanks!

Have you had any experience of using the phone in direct sunlight?

I currently use my phone a lot for watching films while commuting but the sunlight through the train window often gets in the way of that and makes the screen hard to watch!

Hi,

How does the battery life compare to other phones when doing high performance tasks such as gaming, watching videos or streaming via 3G?

Hi David.

I had a question about a few of the features that most interest me with the S4, sorry this may be a little long.

1. Air Gesture - how responsive is the air gesture waving to get the phone to do things like answering a call and scrolling to other pictures? How quick is 'Quick Glance' for viewing the time and date without actually turning the phone on?

2. Motion Control - how smart is it? Turning over the phone to mute whatever is on screen is an excellent feature but I'd really want it to be reliable and mute when I actually wanted it to mute, not when I accidentally rotate the phone or whatever.

3. How would you rate S Voice against Siri? Siri is something that I've grown to love and I've heard that S Voice isn't that great in comparison - is it just added on for the sake of being there without any real depth?

4. Smart Screen - love this feature on the S3 but was wondering about Smart Scroll. How accurate is that and how does it work? Reviews are very different with some saying it worked perfectly for them with others saying it was difficult to get it to work consistently.

Finally, why is there a bigger screen? Compared to the iPhone the S3 was already huge and aside from higher quality videos and pictures, really struggling to see the need for a bigger screen aside from wanting it to be different. How is it at fitting in pockets?

Thank you and sorry again for the huge question!
