I'm pretty sure that won't be the case. Moffat has more imagination than that.

True but 90% of people guessed early on that River would be Amy's daughter ... not knocking SM, just saying that things aren't always that shocking or surprising.
So now all we need to do is go back through 50 years of Doctor who to find any inexplicable times where it looked like he could have been secretly helped by persons unknown

I'd say it was rather more 60%-70% of people on forums that guessed, and severely fewer of the casual viewers.
If she can leave the library, then so could River.
